“I believe #MizzouMade means to come up here every day and make sure you get your job done and understand that you’re being held accountable to do that,” said Sasser.
“To be a part of the Mizzou family is an honor,” he continued. “It’s about understanding that everyone comes from a different background, and you just want make sure that everyone is able to bond with each other and make sure everyone’s comfortable.”
Coming out of high school, the redshirt senior from Denton, Texas was ranked the number 63 wide receiver prospect by ESPN. In the 2012 season, Sasser played in 12 games and had a total of 10 catches for 231 yards and a touchdown. Last season, Sasser played in 14 games and ended with 26 receptions and 361 yards. He also threw the trick play 40-yard touchdown pass to L’Damian Washington against Georgia.
